چکیده
هدف: طی سال‌های اخیر دولت کارآفرین با تأکید بر بازآفرینی به‌‌عنوان یکی از رویکردهای مدیریت دولتی نوین در بسیاری کشورهای جهان مطرح شده است که این موضوع نیاز به شناسایی عوامل مؤثر ایجاد و توسعه شکل دارد. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر هدف پیشران‌های انجام است.طراحی/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: راهبرد تحلیل محتوای کیفی رویکرد قیاسی چارچوب پژوهشی اسنادی استفاده همچنین، تدوین کدگذاری مناسب برای اجرای روش فراترکیب است.یافته‌های پژوهش: پژوهش، پنج دسته «پیشران‌های ساختاری»، محتوایی»، زمینه‌ای»، فناورانه» بنیادین» جای داده شد.محدودیت‌ها پیامدها: توجه جمع‌بندی مبانی نظری جهانی نتایج باید ویژگی‌های خاص سازمان‌های کرد. پیامدهای عملی: پنج‌‌گانه نام برده فرایند می‌تواند منجر ارتقای کارآفرینی گردد. ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله: رابطه ارائه‌شده اینکه تاکنون مدلی جامع به‌طور همزمان دو سطح خرد کلان ارائه نشده است، نقشه راه مناسبی نظر گرفته شود.نوع
